Glee debuts its 500th iTunes single performance on a movie-themed episode.

News

I've been a little less interested in the CW's dystopian romance pilot The Selection the second time around, but I'm starting to pay attention now that Anthony Stewart Head has joined the drama, as The Hollywood Reporter reports.

TV Guide's account about the drama behind the scenes at Up All Night has me almost wishing we got to see the transition from a single camera comedy into a multi-cam one. Apparently, some of the ideas for the transition included declaring that the multi-cam show was an alternate universe from the single cam version of the show — with baby Amy having the power to see into both universes (really!) and a show-within-a-show about three actors in a sitcom called Up All Night. If that's the kind of nuttiness that the revamp will bring, I'm starting my "Save Up All Night" campaign. I want the sitcom about the baby who can see her alternative universe parents.

In an interesting development, Workaholics'Anders Holm will appear in a four episode arc on The Mindy Project. I'm starting to feel like I'm seeing these guys everywhere.

Fox has ordered an animated comedy, Murder Police that will include the voices of Jane Lynch and Wilmer Valderrama, EW reports.

Nicholas Gonzalez has joined the ABC zombie drama pilotThe Returned, which follows a town where the dead return to their lives and their loved ones.

Don't worry, Vulture's Guys of Girls paper dolls includes the most important accessory for Elijah.

Fox's Gavin & Stacey remake, Friends and Family just added two more to the cast with Kurt Fuller as Gavin's dad and Reno 911! alum Kerri Kenney as Stacey's mother.

At The New Normal's panel at PaleyFest, Ryan Murphy announced that the season (and possibly series?) finale will include an entire act with no dialogue and would play out to the sound of John Lennon's "Beautiful Boy."

LA Frock Stars (Smithsonian) 8:00 PM ET
The Smithsonian Channel digs into Hollywood fashion with this series that follows The Way We Wore boutique, which helps its celebrity clients find the right item of vintage fashion. The staff at The Way We Wore are experts in fashion, including Kyle who's talented at helping the designers who walk into the store find inspiration.

Community (NBC) 8:00 PM ET
One of Community's big weaknesses has been a struggle to figure out what to do with Shirley. Yvette Nicole Brown is hilarious, but we still don't know a lot about her. This Thanksgiving that might be changing since Shirley's hosting the study group for dinner. I'm expecting an awkward grace and a dissertation on the debate over pumpkin and sweet potato pie from Abed. Making things even more awkward, the arrival of Jeff's dad (James Brolin).

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8:00 PM ET
Since Lucy made a convincing case that ditching Raj was all about her issues, the two are trying again. Maybe, this time, Raj can tell her the story of the time he almost built up the courage to talk to Summer Glau and give her ideas. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that Lucy doesn't lose any geekiness (I'm still saddened by the thought of how the show dampened Amy's initial awesomeness) if she sticks around.

Project Runway (Lifetime) 9:00 PM ET
We've got a fashion-forward challenge this week as the teams are tasked with creating a prom look out of duct tape. I'm still debating if there's more comedy to be found in giving them the thick duct tape that has plenty of texture but is freaking stiff or the thin, flimsy stuff that tears too easily.

Anger Management (FX) 9:30 PM ET
Charlie and Kate get hired to be expert witnesses for a trial, except they're working for different sides. And haven't we already seen this on a few dozen other sitcoms? At least it works as a chance to include a Selma Blair glare.

Glee (Fox) 9:30 PM ET
As Rachel starse at her drug store pregnancy test and the runaway bride search begins, Glee goes through movie songs on its way to its 500th performance. Now, this has got to be the point where we finally get that "Xandadu" number, right?

Archer (FX) 10:00 PM ET
Sterling goes on the search for an infamous coyote. Considering Sterling's cognitive abilities, I'm prepared for him to be hunting a wild, carnivorous animal, perhaps even one who mail orders all kind of crazy devices to aid in his hunting.

Kathy (Bravo) 11:30 PM ET
Kathy chats with Kunal Nayyar, Jaime Pressly and Pauley Perette.
