260,000 plus votes were cast in the first round of our Ultimate TV Beefcake Tourney, and while a few shows had no trouble advancing (Teen Wolf, Vampire Diaries, Glee), a few other obvious contenders got knocked out of the race by the narrowest of margins. For instance, Merlin muscled out Spartacus. You can probably thank Tom Hopper (Sir Percival) and his wife beater chain mail! Meanwhile the CW's new hit series Arrow shot one through the heart of HBO's True Blood.
