We've got a massive dose of Teen Wolf today, because MTV put the entire New York Comic-Con panel up in three parts. The first part is definitely all about the slashers, with Jeff Davis being uncomfortable and unwilling to commit on Sterek, but totally ready to throw Isaac and Scott together. To be fair to Jeff, he can't win with a direct answer, and I've talked to several other executive producers/writers about following the fans on things like this. While they appreciate slash and the viewer investment, they say that storytelling based around this kind of fan desire is dangerous business.
In this second clip, there's a lot about Scott, and it leaves me wondering how Tyler Posey can be so darn adorable here, yet come off as so flat onscreen. Could it be that he's deliberately playing Scott as a dopey wet blanket?
Finally, in this third clip, we get a little taste of what's coming up in the third season, including the search for the identical twin alphas of the pack that's coming to town. Since Jeff is a twin himself, it's a storyline that he seems really invested in, including how you can have two alphas in one pack.
