Oh yes. Teddy's finally back in the 90210.

News

Castle has booked another Firefly reunion. TVLine reports that Gina Torres will appear as a mogul-slash-reality-TV-star. In hindsight, I'm disappointed no one asked Torres to play a mogul-slash-reality-TV-star earlier.

Time is running out for How I Met Your Mother. Series creators Craig Thomas and Carter Bays have asked that CBS decide by the end of 2012 if the comedy will end this season or next. CBS is in the process of negotiating for another season and it's probably not ready to lose a hit show after a disappointing fall. Still, that might not be enough to convince the cast to put off bigger and better projects.

Why would you make a line of Downton Abbey t-shirts and use only one quip from the Dowager Countess? As Jezebel says, "Hideous."

In today's "This is too good to be real" news, TVLine says that RuPaul will be appearing in an episode of Happy Endings as a hairdresser that Alex and Jane recommend to Max.

TV Guide asks the question I want to know about every major development on Scandal— what does Guillermo Diaz think, and how will this affect Huck?

Bravo is looking at turning the camp classic movie Death Becomes Her into a TV series, Variety reports. Let's say a little prayer for the poor casting director who has to find someone who can step into Meryl Streep or Goldie Hawn's shoes.

Yep, those sharp-eyed Amazing Race fans have already figured out next season's cast. None of the names really grab me, do you spot any highlights to get excited about?

I guess they're remaking The Saint. Deadline reports that Adam Rayner has been cast to take over the character played by Roger Moore in the original series.

With the finale of Jersey Shore nearing, TV viewers aren't flocking to the show in its final days. Ratings have been sinking in the final season.

Days of Our Lives (NBC) Check local listings
Every so often a soap has to spend a day moving the pieces around so that they're in place to when everything goes bonkers. Today Sonny will learn why Chad hates Gabi. We're still going to snark on the action in a liveblog so join us starting at 1PM Eastern!

90210 (CW) 8:00 PM ET
For the mid-season finale, 90210 brings back Teddy. Our boy has decided he's not happy just being Silver's sperm donor and wants to be a part of the child's life. Officer Fish, Will Brady, Teddy... all gay men who become fathers without trying. It's becoming quite the cliche.

How I Met Your Mother (CBS) 8:00PM ET
Somehow, Barney and Patrice's relationship continues despite the way Robin has been staring at them with the intensity of a thousand suns while she performs "Is He Really Going Out with Her" in her head. Then again, Patrice has cookies.

Syfy 20th Anniversary Special (Syfy) 9:00 PM ET
Deep down, I have a lot of affection for Syfy... but I can't help but wonder if Syfy really wants to take a walk down memory lane? The days of being The Sci-Fi Channel with programming like The FTL Newsfeed, "The Red Room" and The Anti-Gravity Room that has long been forgotten? The time it tried to move its focus to reality shows like Scare Tactics (thankfully viewers didn't reward Sci-Fi the way they did to The History Channel)? I have a feeling the history remembered in this retrospective will basically start with Battlestar Galatica.

Take It All (NBC) 9:00 PM ET
Since last year's attempt at mixing a quiz show with trap doors didn't go very far with viewers, NBC is turning to a tried and true formula — Howie Mandel and a game that's more focused on personality drama. This time, instead of playing chicken with a banker and some suitcases the contestants can steal prizes from each other.

Hawaii Five-0 (CBS) 9:00 PM ET
Tom Arnold shows up for an episode that includes girl scouts and emergency field surgery. If you were thinking Hawaii Five-0 took off the crazypants... well, now you know better.

Catfish: The TV Show (MTV) 10:00 PM ET
Jarrod is a single dad from a small town who gave up on the idea finding love again (thanks to his complicated life and a lack of local options) until he met Abby on Facebook. Too bad her webcam broke down just when he got himself set up for web chat.

Watch What Happens Live (Bravo) 11:00 PM ET
Since Julie Chen is in town, why not stop for a chat with Andy and Camille Grammer?

The Daily Show with Jon Stewart (Comedy Central) 11:00 PM ET
A three-week vacation is coming for The Daily Show and based on recent history that means we should prepare for some cataclysmic news event to happen. At least they're sending us off by having Jon talk with Bishop Gene Robinson.

The Colbert Report (Comedy Central) 11:30 PM ET
Stephen's delivering another musical week in the lead-up to his vacation. Things start off with Diana Krall and Elvis Costello.

What will you be watching tonight? Please share in the comments!
