First up, we're going to have a liveblog for Days of Our Lives with snicks today, so be ready for whatever WilSon gets up to.Chris Kluwe

I will be extremely happy when next week, I can stop writing about football players, talking about football at the gym and work, and trying to perfect my mini-taco recipe for the Super Bowl party I'm attending. But for now, let's talk about football.

Naturally, Chris Kluweis not happy with 49ers cornerback Chris Culliver. "While he’s certainly entitled to speak his mind, Culliver is a role model whether he likes it or not. There are kids all over the United States who aspire to be right where he is and he has an obligation to consider the effect of his words. Kids are listening.” Which goes to something I say a lot about actors/singers/sports stars: you are a role model, full stop. You make your living off your popularity, and you need to treat your audience with respect.

Brendon AyanbadejoWhile the 49ers were among the first professional sports teams to make an It Gets Better video, two of the players, Ahmad Brooks and Isaac Sopoagaare claiming they didn't make a video. When showed the proof, Brooks then said "Oh, that. It was an anti-bullying video, not a gay (rights) video." When he was reminded that it was for gay teens who were bullied, "I know that. I know that. Okay, you're right and I'm wrong. Are you from one of those New York newspapers?" Charming players the 49ers have.

Speaking of that video, you can't watch it now, because Dan Savage has pulled it off the web thanks to the anti-gay remarks coming from the 49ers.

Meanwhile, Raven's player and equality advocate Brendon Ayanbadejo hopes that the anti-gay remarks will spark a conversation in the NFL, which he doesn't think is anti-gay. “It’s not fair to bundle us all up and say the NFL is homophobic.  You can’t control how individuals think. I would like to think that every single organization would stand on the side of not accepting discrimination.” Here's the thing, Brendon. The NFL is homophobic. Full stop. The 49ers are showing some shame for this, but the NFL has been silent. Roger Goodell hasn't said a word about the remarks, even as the league has fined and suspended players for insulting coaches or making racist remarks. Homophobia gets nothing, and Goodell, the NFL commissioner is responsible for that. And he has a gay brother, who happens to be married to a friend of mine (who is probably not speaking to me after this). And that is shameful and calculating on Roger's part.

Have you met Condoman? Because his comic book is back, and he's got a slick new sidekick.Condoman

Senator Chuck Hagel had a very shaky day testifying in the Senate as he attempts to be confirmed as Defense Secretary. He rambled a lot, especially on the Middle East. But he was pretty clear on his commitment to the implementation of Don't Ask, Don't Tell repeal, and getting every available benefit for military families of any gender.

I really don't know what to make of Gaybros, which is evidently a thing. They’re non-stereotypical gay men who are carving out a place in the gay community (via reddit) for their own hypermasculine beliefs. They actually have a standard greeting of "Welcome, the beer is in the cooler." I'm all for everyone finding their place in our wonderful rainbow, but every time I read something like "Gaybros gather around traditionally masculine or male interests, but more than that a Gaybro is someone who doesn't fit the narrow definition of what "gay" means as promoted by popular culture" I feel a little pity for them. If your view of the gay community is that narrow, you're not trying to see the broader gay community, and choosing to build your own ghetto. I can probably quote your Grindr profile right now.

As more governments move to prevent discrimination, the Virginia senate passed a bill that would prohibit schools from requiring student groups to admit anyone, and prevent them from withholding funds from groups who do discriminate.

Nicholas HoultHave you read the story about the Applebee's server who had a customer cross out the mandatory 18% tip for their party of 20, write "I only give the Lord 10%." And stiffed her? And that Applebee's fired her after the customer complained, saying the guest checks were confidential? I should remind you that Applebee's is a company cutting employee hours to avoid giving them health insurance. Let's all eat somewhere else.

Wyoming has voted down a domestic partnership bill, but advocates are calling a victory since it's the first time a gay rights bill has made it out of committee for a floor vote.

Nicholas Houltis glad he didn't go Method when acting in Warm Bodies, and I can't blame him. "You know [my character] R's penis falls off in the original story? So I didn't want to go Method."

My future ex-husband takes my future stepson to work. Note the matching outfits

 Is Tyler Posey "smoldering?"

Spencer Madsen's poem about a cat is making the rounds. Sounds too innocent for me

Moves like this make wrestling seem even gayer than it normally is

Maybe if we send the queens over to makeover Piers his ratings will improve?

There's evidently a trend I completely missed online, which is really saying something considering the number of bytes that flow across my screens every day. 90s nostalgia. It wasn't that long ago, yet people are fascinated with how awesome the 90s were (except snicks), and can't believe the younger crowd missed out. Now this happens with every generation, but these days, it all gets immortalized online. And anything that gets immortalized gets mocked. Those are the rules.

Rep. Aaron Schock, who many think is gay (which is stereotyping since he's hot and goes to the gym and has interesting fashion choices), was asked about marriage equality, which he's spoken against in the past. But yesterday, he was a little more introspective about how his values on the subject came to be, and also a little more honest about where the future is going. He's not an ally by any measure, but he may be evolving, just a bit.

I'm still not sure exactly what Somebody Up There Likes Me is about, but there's a surprising amount of heart in the trailer for this Nick Offerman movie. And can you spot Megan Mulally, because I had to look twice.

Coca-Cola has released one of their Super Bowl spots, which many in the Arab community are calling racist. I couldn't take my eyes off the bus of showgirls, because I'm convinced there's at least one drag queen in there.

Speaking of Super Bowl commercials, Seth Rogen and Paul Rudd are trying to figure out how to make a commercial for Samsung without saying any of the trademarked names, because just like with the Olympics, you can't say certain words.

Women Aren't Funny was inspired by Eddie Brill, who ended up leaving The Late Show with David Letterman after saying just that. The director is actually a friend of his, and she seems to be approaching it from a direction of redemption, filled with comedians.

The latest Billy On the Street has Billy Eichner running around New York with his friend Zachary Quinto, shouting "It's Spock, do you care?" at random strangers on the street. It turns out, not many people do care. Maybe they should try a gayer neighborhood?
