The AV Club makes the case that Leave It to Beaver deserves better thanks than its reputation as a symbol of the rigid social structure of the 1950s. They make a good case, but I don't think The Donna Reed Show earns that reputation, either.

Damon starts getting into the Professor Shane goodness as he finds out about the stuff the professor has been teaching Bonnie. Meanwhile, Klaus and Stefan help Jeremy deal with a "new chapter in his life." Considering what we last saw of Jeremy, that's more than a little bit eyebrow-raising.

Usually, battles of willpower on this show pit Liz against Jack, but this time Tracy makes Jack into the villain of his latest movie. I'm glad 30 Rock is combining those two characters in a storyline while it still can.
The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8:00 PM ET
Sheldon gives Howard and Raj the chance to spend more time together by creating a mystery... by running off somewhere at 2:45 every day. As much as I'd love a revelation that Sheldon belongs to the University fight club, I'd guess this is his way to get Raj and Howard over the awkwardness they've been experiencing since Howard's return.
Up All Night (NBC) 8:30 PM ET
For its Thanksgiving episode, Up All Night has Ava and Walter (Sean Hayes) spend the holiday doing charity work. I'll keep hoping the show has an I Married Dora-style moment of meta and has someone express thankfulness that they're still on the air.
Glee (Fox) 9:00 PM ET
Rachel, Santana and Kurt plan a return to Lima just in time for McKinley's performance of Grease. I expect I'll continue to be reminded that the only songs I know are the ones that appeared on Olivia Newton John's Greatest Hits volume 2.
The Office (NBC) 9:00 PM ET
Forget The Farm, I'm starting to think NBC picked the wrong direction for an Office spin-off. Tonight's episode sees Angela start to suspect The Senator is cheating on her — so she recruits Oscar to help spy on her husband. Didn't NBC realize they could have turned these three into an even more ridiculous version of Three's Company? Also, Toby tries to get the U.S. to stop asking "What the ---- is a movember?" by getting some of the guys to grow a mustache.
Project Runway All Stars (Lifetime) 9:00 PM ET
At first I had my hopes up when I saw that the title of this week's episode was "Made in the U.S.A. Today". Where to have your clothes manufactured is a challenging issue for designers, Jay McCarroll claimed it was the reason he took so long to come out with his own line. Too bad it turns out that the challenge is to take images submitted by newspaper readers (I'm guessing the USA Today, so prepare for polka dots and other circle-based patterns) and use them to inspire a design.

Ben and Leslie have had their challenges, but tonight Leslie meets her main crush: Joe Biden.
Scandal (ABC) 10:00 PM ET
The crazy is is really piling up this week as one of Huck's former colleagues threatens the lives of Olivia's merry band of conspirators, a revival of their David Rosen problem and Cyrus' husband getting his first front page story since returning to the White House Press Corps. (And somehow this all ties into the secret of Quinn Perkins.) It's like Scandal is sticking its tongue out at Revenge.

If this show weren't already renewed for a ninth season, I'd be wondering if all these callbacks are a sign that the series were quietly making this their final season. Tonight, the gang deals with the news of Charlie's mom being diagnosed with cancer, which should remind us of Charlie's cancer scare.

So, blah blah double homicide case... did Watson say Irene? Irene! I guess we'll have to wait until after the Super Bowl for that to go anywhere but it looks like they're going there.
