- Our House aired on NBC on Sunday Nights from September 11, 1986 to May 8, 1988, and while it was never a hit (the first season it was ranked #53, the second #64), it is fondly remembered for its warmth and heart. Wilfred Brimley was at frequent odds with widowed daughter-in-law Diedre Hall, who moves in with her two kids, played by adorably young Shannen Doherty and Chad Allen.
