The very-very-comprehensive nominations for the 24h GLAAD Media Awards were just announced, and I don't think it's presumptuous to say that everyone has a lot to smile about. Pretty right-on, I'd say. My suggestions are minor and meager: Girls is a fabulous show that had an impressive gay arc from Andrew Rannells, and I might've subbed out Go On for it. Forgive me for apparently being stuck in the past, but RuPaul's Drag Race is still killer and unendingly uplifting. I'm surprised not to see it in the reality category.
Laslty, how hilarious is the category name "Daily Drama"? And why isn't Bret Easton Ellis' Twitter nominated for it?
