She's come up a lot lately, but hey! I'll celebrate the life of Geena Davis whenever I'm given a reason! Today is the Oscar-winning actress' (and Golden Globe-winning former President of the United States - Happy Inauguration Day!) 57th birthday. The woman has done great work for women in film, and she's also played baseball with Madonna for our enjoyment. What's not to love? Better yet: What's her best moment?
I want to be contrarian and argue my way around it, but I just can't. Geena Davis' best moment is the climactic moment of Thelma and Louise, bar none. That look of confusion, terror, excitement, and freedom on her face after she exchanges that kiss of eternal solidarity with Susan Sarandon is unforgettable. You're always hoping they'll jump that car safely onto the other side of the Grand Canyon, but you settle for the fact that it's an immortally bad-ass cinematic moment.

Your turn. What's Geena's best?
