A new cast of Project Runway All Stars battle it out tonight.

News

When Stockard Channing makes her debut on The Good Wife as Alicia's mother, we'll also see Dallas Roberts return as Alicia's gay brother. Producers say they want Roberts to appear in more episodes, but that will have to fit with his Walking Dead schedule. Anika Noni Rose is also set to return for an episode.

Oprah Winfrey's production company is developing a series for HBO, this one focusing on a man who becomes the first black president at a liberal arts college who ends up thrust into national headlines.

The upcoming season of Arrested Development will include appearances by Conan O'Brien and Andy Richter.

Daily Show correspondent Jason Jones is working on another comedy pilot, this time with Steve Carell and Chris Weitz producing. This one will star Jones as a single guy who ends up taking care of his sister's two children.

It sounds like Bonnie's dad will finally show up in Mystic Falls. The Vampire Diaries has cast Rick Worthy in the role.

Which Twilight Zone episode scares you the most? While I love "Living Doll", I'd say "The Midnight Sun" has inspired the most nightmares.

My appreciation for Ming-Na's talent goes back to the days of Lien Hughes on As the World Turns so hearing that she's joined the cast of Joss Whedon's S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot certainly grabs my interest.

I don't understand why ABC Family's The Middleman hasn't graduated to beloved cult series yet.

This year's Pretty Little Liars Halloween special drew 12% more viewers than the previous special.

Listings

Anderson Live (syndicated) Check local listings
Martina McBride joins Anderson to discuss software spouses are using to spy on each other (er, I think at that point you don't need to check the tape, if you're recording each other just break up) and one of the reasons there's so little history on the History Channel, American Pickers.

The Wendy Williams Show (syndicated) Check local listings
All right, I'm confused. Wendy's website says today's show has Rachel Maddow joining Wendy to talk about the election, but my TV listings say I should expect Lauren Conrad.

30 Rock (NBC) 8:00 PM ET
While everyone else is putting together a Halloween episode, 30 Rock is tackling the election as Liz and Jack use their media influence to try to affect the election. Somehow, amid all this Kellan Lutz and Amy Sedaris show up to remind us why a 30 Rock series finale is a sad day for TV comedy.

The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8:00 PM ET
Halloween only makes Wolowitz feel even more isolated from the group as everyone gets ready for another Halloween party at the comic book store. Considering all the Raj/Stuart innuendo we got last week, I'm keeping my fingers crossed they'll be wearing some kind of couple's costume.

Last Resort (ABC) 8:00 PM ET
Chaplin and Kendal decide it's time to try to negotiate with the U.S. Government, which means a chance to see Andre Braugher and Scott Speedman looking sharp in the dress whites.

The Vampire Diaries (CW) 8:00 PM ET
Mystic Falls' new vampire hunter does what you'd expect a new arrival in town to do — try to recruit Jeremy to his side. Meanwhile, Elena's hopes to spend her senior year as a normal teen is disrupted by the discovery that Rebekah wants to experience what it's like to be a high school mean girl.

Up All Night (NBC) 8:30 PM ET
If Halloween is "Gay Christmas" (in which case I'm the gay Grinch) then you can't have a Halloween without the recurring character played by a gay man, so Sean Hayes returns as Ava tries to figure out her Halloween plans. Meanwhile, Tony Hale shows up to give NBC a beloved comedy reunion double-feature.

The Office (NBC) 9:00 PM ET
The second half of NBC's beloved comedy reunion double-feature arrives as Stephen Colbert heads to The Office, and while it's too late for an Even Stephen rematch, we do get an a capella grudge match between Broccoli Rob (Colbert) and Andy.

Project Runway All Stars (Lifetime) 9:00 PM ET
The first season of Project Runway All Stars was a nice return to the days when talent provided all the drama instead of personality clashes. However, the cast for the second season has me more than a little concerned. I'm actually looking forward to seeing Wendy Pepper again, she was actually a compelling villain. On the other hand, Ivy Higa? Joshua? I'm going to have a really hard time getting through this one.

Parks & Recreation (NBC) 9:30 PM ET
Halloween means an awwww-some date for Ron. He accompanies Diane (Lucy Lawless) to take her daughters trick-or-treating. What happens when they hit a house that doesn't have candy? I'd hate to be the recipient of one of Ron's tricks.

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX) 10:00 PM ET
Maureen "Dead Tooth" Ponderosa is getting remarried (I guess this is the season of callbacks? is this a stealth final season?) and Dennis decides he needs to crash the event to get himself some closure. However, since the McPoyle clan is also involved at the event... well, it looks like viewers might end up double-checking to make sure they didn't accidentally record American Horror Story instead.

Scandal (ABC) 10:00 PM ET
Olivia's newest clients are parents whose daughter is missing... however, just as the team thinks they've got an easy case, they realize she's an anonymous blogger who has been scandalizing the town with her tales of sex with politicians.

Watch What Happens Live (Bravo) 11:00 PM ET
Andy wraps up the week with Larry King and Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23's Dreama Walker.

What will you be watching tonight? Please share in the comments!

Tomorrow's Preview

Anderson Live (syndicated) Check local listings
Suze Orman is finally showing up for a Frugal Friday.

The Wendy Williams Show (syndicated) Check local listings (and be confused)
It's hard to tell which listings to trust, but Wendy's website says that Melissa Etheridge is appearing tomorrow.

The Chew (ABC) Check local listings
Vanessa Williams is set to appear on tomorrow's show.
