It's the return of Tammy on tonight's Parks & Recreation.

Can an Office reunion with BJ Novak keep my fading interest in The Mindy Project from completely disappearing? (Vulture reports that he'll appear in two episodes.)
One of my favorite TV critics, NPR's Linda Holmes notes the high levels of violence in many of the critical favorites of the past several years.
Disney thinks ratings for Dancing with the Stars dropped this season because viewers tune in for trainwrecks and an All-Star season meant that the dancers were too good. All-Star or not, wasn't that the point of bringing back Bristol Palin and Kirstie Alley?
While officially, PBS says it trusts its audience to stick around and wait for new episodes of Downton Abbey when they air stateside, the broadcaster would like to shorten the wait time so that episodes can air soon after their UK debut.
I've loved the opening credits fans have made for shows like The Walking Dead and Breaking Bad. In fact, sometimes they're much better than the official opening sequences. A&E's upcoming Bates Motel hopes to harness that amateur talent by asking fans to create an opening for the upcoming Psycho prequel series.
Deadline reports that ABC is developing a comedy around Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera (who I mostly know from her reality show I Love Jenni).
In case you weren't done with Vince Vaughn, he's now he's co-producing a reality series with Glenn Beck.
Style has ordered a Rihanna-focused reality show where fashion designers try to create looks for A-list stars.

Did you catch any reviews last week noting how Jenna got her own storyline, keeping her out of Liz's wedding? Tonight, Jenna demands an answer for why she didn't get a chance to turn Liz's big day into another Jenna-centric attempt at keeping her ego afloat. It's time we heard Jenna's side on Liz's wedding.
The Big Bang Theory (CBS) 8:00 PM ET
Sheldon must re-learn that lesson about treating other people decently when Amy gets sick and he has to nurse her back to health. Will he serve her soup to make her feel better even if it's sandwich day?
Mad (Cartoon Network) 8:00 PM ET
Scanning over the listings, I noticed there's a White Collar parody in tonight's episode, "Red & White Collar." I'm guessing it involves Neal stealing from Santa.
Last Resort (ABC) 8:00 PM ET
Now that the show has been canceled and only a few installments remain of its 13-episode run, we're at the point where Last Resort better stop being stingy with the answers to its mysterious geopolitical plot. Tonight promises a revelation on why Pakistan was attacked.
The Vampire Diaries (CW) 8:00 PM ET
Diaries does another flashback episode, but this time the old timey action takes place somewhere other than Mystic Falls. Tonight we revisit 1942 New Orleans.
Glee (Fox) 9:00 PM ET
After a trip to Sectionals where the performances felt like an afterthought, last week's episode tried to make things better by bringing Marley's eating disorder storyline to a crisis point. But from the look of tonight's previews it seems like the focus won't be so much on Marley's eating disorder, but how reactions to her collapse loses Sectionals for New Directions. I'm really hoping this is "Hate the promo spot editor" time.
The Office (NBC) 9:00 PM ET
It's time for a Dunder-Mifflin Christmas party, except since the party planning committee let the Christmas party slip their attention (clearly a part of NBC's War on Christmas, somebody alert Bill O'Reilly!) so Dwight takes over the festivities. Oh goody, a Christmas beet platter.
Project Runway All Stars (Lifetime) 9:00 PM ET
Who's got the skills to create an eco-friendly red carpet dress? That sounds like the kind of challenge that will leave me disappointed that Diana Eng hasn't been invited to the show.
Parks & Recreation (NBC) 9:30 PM ET
We've got a clash of funny, funny women with big gay fanbases! Tammy II (that's the one played by Megan Mullally) approaches the orbit of Ron's new romance, Diane (Lucy Lawless). Who has the portfolio of Xena vs. Karen Walker fanfic? This is your lucky day! (Me, I liked the idea of Xena battling Zina from Interstellar Pig.)
Burn Notice (USA) 10:00 PM ET
Since Maddy's "What? Lil' ole me?" act doesn't work on Riley, this week she ends up cuffed and threatened with dying in prison. Riley (Sonja Sohn) is sharp, but she's underestimating how tough Maddy (Sharon Gless) can be.
Elementary (CBS) 10:00 PM ET
Sherlock's under the weather this week, but that doesn't mean he turns down a case. Instead, he starts putting a wall of evidence up in the bathroom. Good thing courts don't have that Seinfeld bookstore rule of not accepting things that have been taken to the bathroom.
Scandal (ABC) 10:00 PM ET
We just found out what it would take to get Olivia back at the White House — but it's not just aftermath. Tonight has a flashback to the early days of Fitz's Presidency. Considering how Scandal's first flashback was the series' turning point from interesting to crazy-slash-crazy-good, there's a high bar for this one.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (FX) 10:00 PM ET
The gang gets addicted to video games this week.
